Tomatoes Can Make Your Skin Clean And Amazing

Everyone wants to have clean and clear skin. However, marks, spots, and pimples can really damage it easily. We envy those people with clean toned skin, which looks just flawless.

You can easily get the flawless clear skin you have always imagined within 2 weeks, just by using tomatoes. They are a rich source of Vitamin C, E & K, natural acids, and lycopene.

These natural substances are really beneficial for your skin. Vitamin C and E prevent early signs of aging and remove wrinkles from the skin. What is more, vitamin K keeps the skin cells nourished and helps them in retaining moisture.

Lycopene repairs the skin damage and restores the elasticity of the skin. Natural acids present in tomatoes work as a natural bleach and lighten the skin tone.

To use tomatoes for skin care, you can follow these steps:

Cut a slice of Tomato. Rub the pulp side of the tomato slice on your skin for 5 minutes. Leave the skin soaked in tomato juice for 5 minutes. Rinse it with cold water.

Or you can dip the tomato slice in sea salt and do the same procedure to get a peeling effect.

If you have an acne prone or excessively oily skin, use tomato in the below-described formula:

Take a medium size tomato, a lemon and one tablespoon of rolled Oats powder.

First cut the tomato, remove it’s seeds and beat the pulp to make a puree.

You will need 1 tablespoon of this puree.

Then take 1 tbsp of powdered oats in a bowl, mix the tomato puree in it and also squeeze 5-6 drops of lemon juice in it.

Mix them well to make a paste. Apply this paste on your face and let it sit for 15 minutes. Then rinse your face with lukewarm water.

Lycopene repairs the skin damage and restores the elasticity of the skin. Natural acids present in tomatoes work as a natural bleach and lighten the skin tone.
