You will be left with a paste, and all you need to do to use it is to place it on the areas on your feet that hurt and then cover it up with a bandage of some sorts. The best way to get maximum effect is to let the paste sit on the skin for 30 minutes, and then wash it with lukewarm water. You will need to do this on a daily basis to see results.

This is a great natural remedy for varicose veins, and will cost you a fraction of what commercial products that do essentially the same thing accomplish. The main workhorse in the mixture is apple cider vinegar, which prevents blood clots and essentially serves as an anticoagulant for your system.

The carrots and Aloe Vera gel help the skin and moisturize it so that it will not feel strained or under tension. Your feet will not get inflamed anymore, and your veins should start to go back to how they used to be so that you can walk again without having that nasty pain at the bottom of your feet.
